Portal access is granted to authorised users only. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and notifying Property Hub of suspected unauthorised use.
Documents, statements, maintenance records, and payment flows in the portal supplement your management or lease agreement. PayPal and other payment providers apply their own terms when you complete a transaction.
We may suspend portal access for security reasons or when an account is closed. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these portal terms and our privacy policy.
